Many ambitious organizations enjoy the luxurious position of having great strategies and great teams, and yet, often, something does not quite tick as it should. Can you make more of this position? Connecting individual drivers to the purpose of the organization, turning strategies into actions, engaging human experience balanced with reason, and strengthening effective connections between people. My work ranges from individual tailored leadership coaching to team work to organizational alignment. I apply experiential learning methods and integrate my knowledge of transformational leadership and systemic dynamics.
