• Improving business by pitching for new investors to grow the fund such as banks and other financial institutions and convincing them to get into the fund through a detailed approach explaining financial data, risks and projections and adopting a comprehensive assessment • Monitoring and ensuring that all open action points, including action plans resulting from audits and reviews, are implemented and satisfactory resolved within the set deadlines • Monitoring and controlling all the tasks and metrics necessary to ensure that the project is with scope, on time and on budget and it is proceeding with minimal risks • Setting of annual budget for the company and monitoring cash flow • Managing and coordinating daily reconciliations, monthly reporting, budgeting and reforecast processes • Supervising back-office services and operations such as accounts payables and receivables, collection and payroll and coordinating several operations with company’s subsidiaries in Cyprus and abroad • Synthesizing and analyzing financial data and results with consideration for the company’s goals and forecasts • Developing and implementing a new ERP software ensuring the application of lean management practices and fast workflows and procedures • Ensuring smooth running of IFRS16 as the program of EFSC LTD falls under Financial Lease Services • Preparing, updating and implementing with PwC the company’s business plan and financial model
