I bring science (Gestalt Psychology) and the power of Big Data and AI to Design Thinking to virtually GUARANTEE that if a BETTER idea/solution/product EXISTS, we will find it. I worked and studied with the people at Stanford and Berkeley when Design Thinking was first being developed but I went off on my own and took my own path. Since then I have helped my clients create "truly" dominant products and even companies in several different verticals. I have led the UXR , UX and Product and Business Design and Strategy of market dominant products/e-businesses in Mobile, Insurance, Banking, Investment, FinTech, Travel, Online Retail, Pharma, BioTech, Shipping & Logistics. We use Qualitative (Field ethnographic and zoom interviews) + Quantitative (Web analytics and surveys) research along with cognitive walkthroughs (currently virtual) to gather insights on not just 'what' but 'why' your customers are or are not buying. We have been industry pioneers in developing online personas/pyschographics as well as journey mapping in different industry verticals. We have done it so extensively that we have developed a very broad baseline of what "Par" is for a wide range of different scenarios and markets as well as firm types.
