Invited by the governing bodies to be a member of a committee that reaches the current body of safety professionals globally. In 2019 recruitment by the ASSP organization to lead a conference based on networking and public perception of my work. The objective is to lead a team of EHS Professionals to network and develop a highly functional experience for new leaders in the American Society of Safety Professionals(ASSP) organization. Taking into affect personality, skills and competencies and assigning roles and exposure to enrich the UI/UX for public consumption and repeated excellence in performance. In 2020 - After one year of observing the previous conference, and learning the infrastructure and roles expected, I was invited to lead the following years conference of 2021. This team was now Global including members from Kuwait as well as the USA. In 2021 the conference with set with a record attendance or the first ever virtual conference. The keynote and closing events were noted as remarkable and benchmarking. Based on this, it was decided to ask for a re-up for the 2022 conference. In 2022 - After accepting the role of chairman for the second time, the Leadership Conference shall undergo a facelift; a committee policy and protocol re-assessment to create a template for success in future conferences virtual and in person. This team remains global with the addition of another continent Australia! Working on three time zones and with a full committee - this year shall be an exiting challenge.
