Currently I manage the operations and strategic planning of EPE. We have a dedicated team of professionals manufacturing and distributing market leading product across the country. As we grow I have developed our forward looking strategic plan and will allocate CAPEX in appropriate growth projects. With a shortage of skilled labor in WA our team is investigating alternative technology investments including automated fabrication and dispatch equipment.
As a product manager with EPE, I work with both suppliers and customers. With suppliers we focused on product management (pricing/ inventory) whilst with customers it was focused on project delivery and system design. We delivered our largest project in history of over 165MW of gas fired power generation. EPE supplied all exhaust and intake system components.
My role at Morgans as a PCA was to provide financial advice to retail and sophisticated investors. Working in partnership with the branch manager, we secured a large institutional client with an investment portfolio over $100m. I specialized in portfolio structuring and risk management. Accreditations included Margin Lending, Financial Planning, Superannuation, Securities, Life Insurance, Managed Investments, Derivatives & Portfolio Management.
Whilst completing my masters, I completed an Internship with Macquarie Business Banking (Gold Coast). The team specialized in lending to tourism and professional service businesses. I had exposure to risk management practice's and market research. I also sat alongside some of the trading floor providing equity investment strategies.
Our family owned and run company provided access to the industrial world with warehousing and workshop facilities. Specialized in providing both manufactured and distributed products to the resources industry. General workshop duties, forklift operation, warehouse and office experience.
My first role at Alcoa was to gain practical work experience in a mining environment. I completed mine site safety induction training, general workshop maintenance, motor repair and maintenance of tool shop equipment.
