Spearheaded Power-up & SAT of all 105 Nodes of the DeltaV DCS in Control Room and 4 Satellite Instrument Houses including asset management. Executed hardware I/O and software control loop checks for hot section. Reviewed part process PID, quality standard and procedures. Spearheaded major testing of Cold Section sequences. Recruited as Control System Engineer by Overseas Construction Company Mumbai for Ras Laffan LNG project contract for RasGas seconded by Doha Petroleum Construction Company. Completed Loop Test, Function Test and supported Pre-commissioning activities for the scheduled completion of the LNG Berth 3 and LNG Train 5.  World record 28 month contraction team member for Train 5 & Awarded Best Safety Observation Certificate.

Maintenance lead of DCS Controlled Oxy-Oil Burner Control for 10,000 TPA Glass Furnace with Batch Plant & Linde Automatic Oxygen Plant run with Allen Bradley PLC. Compiled, debugged, tested, problem solving and developed batch software sequence. Wiring expert. Implemented ISO 9000 Quality standards with key emphasis on improving quality.  Generated major improvements including 50% downtime reduction via reprogramming of Allen Bradley SLC logic of 30 Fibre Glass Spiral Winders and streamlining 32 forehearth cascade temperature control leading to total 300% production increase from 2Ton/Shift to 8Ton/Shift.
