● Liaison between GEH-C and our customer for clarifications, document submission compliance, issue escalation, and sub-vendor management. ● Resolve customer concerns, communicate to our internal team, and ensure we are prepared and on track to deliver our Large Tube contracts. ● Manage the development, qualification and commercial production of a new product offering commercially valued at approximately $18M. ● Schedule resource and equipment activities to achieve deliverables, report on milestones to customer and internal stakeholders, and author commercial contract responses as required.
● Solely responsible to manage suppliers and purchases within plant operations from preparing RFQ’s to negotiations, supplier selection to on-going purchases, quality control feedback to invoice reconciliation. Responsible to direct Shipping/Receiving personnel in my current role. ● Develop savings strategies with proven results, implement negotiations across multi-supplier contracts, source new suppliers and drive success with current supplier base. ● Manage daily risks related to supplier performance, product delivery, Ontario and cross-border logistics, and procurement functions for GE Arnprior Zirconium Tube manufacturing plant. Very involved with NPI project strategy.

Working with QA and Engineering, successfully organized the purchase of over one thousand quality controlled parts under tight time constraints, resulting in increased kit fulfillment and customer satisfaction. ● Maintenance Supply Requests, CANDU Customers: As part of a Purchasing, Quality and Engineering team, ensured consistent, professional, and timely contract management, resulting in increased monthly on-time delivery and fewer quality related concerns. ● Initiated supplier assessment activities to drive continuous improvement, including business reviews, price negotiations, and trend analysis (non-conformances, on-time delivery) in order to appropriately award contracts.
