A senior leadership role to drive strategic governance and tactical change via Project/Portfolio Management and application of Operational Excellence methodologies in alignment with the Breg Operating System. Involves assumption of project lead on corporate business initiatives of high complexity, criticality, and cost. • Design, ratify and implement project management operating model and framework from new intake (Ideation) on through to formal Closure. • Provide overall strategic governance for projects by establishing standards, processes and tools used for effective project delivery in partnership with the ELT. • Communicate project status to ELT members and key stakeholders, appropriately escalating issues as needed. • Utilize influence to drive various cross functional project teams to ensure timely project completion. • Develop rigorous project packages including goals and objectives, critical path and other key activities, milestones, project costs, and all relevant resource requirements. • Identify and manage project RAID log for comprehensive risk, actions, issue and decision management. • Use technical expertise and business acumen to drive project decisions, increase collaboration and minimize potential conflicts while addressing other challenges to effective operational and organizational change.
