Kodiak Ventures has successfully raised, managed and achievied high yields for ourselves and our capital partners through the acquisition & management or development of commercial income producing real estate properties. With each opportunity the Company retains a principal role and serves as Developer, Managing Member, and/or Asset & Property Manager of each investment. Founded in 2003, the Company then offered Financial, Sales and Management consultative services for complex commercial real estate and development projects. The Company's first assignment was to create, implement and manage the marketing & sales process and procedures from the United States for a new international resort development on Ambergris Caye, Belize called Blue Reef Resort. www.bluereefresort.com Since 2003, the company has led and participated in the development of over $$50mm (cost basis) of resort condominiums, mixed use retail & office and luxury fractional single family residences along the Gulf Coast of Florida. In addition to the Company's development activities, the Company also has negotiated and executed in excess of $125mm in design, construction, brokerage and consulting contracts. Vertical real estate investments include, funding and operating a series of companies to include, real estate brokerage company, Rutland Resort Properties, Signature Cabinetry & Design (established 2006), a kitchen and bath design and installation company and a construction company, Total Quality Construction, LLC. Non-core strategic investments include PCT Holdings, an owner and operator of IGRA approved Class II & Class III gaming software for the domestic gaming markets. The Company has also lead an Alaskan 8(a) venture for Region IV in the SE US pursuing government design build contracts.
