Reporting into the VP Global Sourcing I was responsible to plan and execute the strategic sourcing process for several international organizations like Goodyear/Dunlop, Lanxess, Continental, Michelin, Pirelli and others. Mainly for Indirect categories, I was in charge of the strategy definition, the project planning and the management of high spend sourcing initiatives, rigorously applying the seven steps sourcing methodology. In most of the cases I have managed high complexity collaboration projects where more companies and competitors aggregated their global spend volumes (consortium buying), delivering up to 77% saving.

I have facilitated the integration of the sales and back-office process between Corporate Express and Staples and ensured the business continuity between the deployment of new process and solutions.
Reporting into the eProcurement & Systems Head I have successfully deployed a custom designed e-Sourcing solution across the €40b company. After 5 years from go-live I have managed to redirect €1,5b trough the e-Sourcing Portal and manage >€400m through on-line Auctions. Bravosolutions provided the e-Auction engine while I have designed majority of the specifications of the e-Sourcing portal (RfX portal). I had a relevant role in the mondus.it project, the B2B marketplace of Seat Pagine Gialle Group, aimed to the managing of two different services: on one side the organization of a Marketplace for Italian PMI with all the connected services and features. On the other side the improvement of the e-procurement solutions (RfX and Auctions) for big Companies.
