Wrote and architected large sections of chickipedia.com and mademan.com which at the time got millions of unique visitors per day. Took over their primary ad serving platform (a heavily modified openx engine) which served billions of ads per day. Made many improvements to the ad server including building a monitoring tool to view serving decisions in real time.
Wrote an international, multi-language http SMS API in PHP utilizing many different standards under Unicode to send many different types of text messages via a REST API. Clients that were using the API included Microsoft, T-Mobile, and Nike. Also wrote a big portion of an application called GreenPerks in Java made for almost every version of every T-Mobile handset at the time.
Took over all development for a CMS which managed multiple content management systems for Turner Broadcasting Systems and all of their networks. Led a 5 person team and wrote all of the UML and design documentation and lead the architecture and programming of www.versus.com . Member of the SVN committee and contributed to versioning and peer review processes. Helped to pitch and sell a refactoring project to TBS to revamp their entire image licensing system.
