As Senior Build Reliability Engineer, I established the quality assurance and reliability programs as the extreme owner for Falcon, Fairing, and Dragon Recovery, Offshore/Dockside Processing, Marine Operations, and Starship Offshore programs. I am entrusted with ensuring AS9100 compliance for flight hardware processing offshore/dockside, preparing multiple training curriculums, successfully processing defective hardware, developing effective work instructions, driving root cause, increasing process efficiency, improving corrective action outcomes, and reducing the cost of defects. Among my notable accomplishments, I: • Facilitated cost and schedule savings by steering the development and implementation of corrosion control measures on recovery assets, including inspection development and proposal support. • Oversaw reliability in the design, construction, and operations of fleet 11 recovery vessels across 3 locations. • Led and facilitated design review of drone ship power plant and enclosure upgrades that led to significant annual savings and mitigated operational risks with substantial costs per occurrence. • Piloted the trade for the acquisition of a company-wide marine management system.
