My role involves overlooking all internal and external marcom functions, while building the group brand on a regional level and leveraging global expansion opportunities. I began this journey by mapping & developing the anchor team & Marcom foundation for the group at the headquartered office in Bahrain and am currently in the process of setting up regional support teams, starting with Kuwait & the UAE. I also revisited the company’s brand architecture & evolved the subsidiaries’ brands to support the the group’s growth and vision, while developing the roadmap of the expanding company to cater to multisegments through its solution offerings & expanding portfolio. Currently I am actively engaging with the multisegments to create brand awareness and develop the Marketing communication plan to create clarity in the market of the various segment lines, prepare of digital transformation & capture further market share.

My role primarily involved leading the team towards managing accounts within the agency, while ensuring profitability and growth. My accounts were both local and regional. Projects managed were for Tamkeen, Qatar Foundation, Dubai Economic Development board, ADNOC, SABIC, Sadara, TRA Bahrain and many more. I enjoyed identifying gaps within the delivery team, hiring, sourcing, and finding innovative aways in delivering to fulfill shortages in the company.
Capital Furnishing Group is the family’s business. We are the exclusive agents for multiple American brands. My role was primarily with suppliers orders & shipment management. I still get involved with Capital Furnishing group at times.
