Sr. Director – Engineering Services (Production Development, Release Management, Quality Engineering, System Automation, Field Engineering, & PMO) Fetch was looking for a seasoned and passionate leader to help foster a culture of continuous improvement and evolve overall development . My skills and experience help shape the SDLC Strategy striving for full agile transformation, drive development through meaningful CI automation, ensure a culture of Quality is ingrained across all cross functional teams, and increased our Value Proposition through meaningful metrics. Responsibilities: - Founding member of the Continuous Improvement Alliance setting policy and procedures for an evolving SDLC - Adapt Agile methodologies to ensure quality and on-time delivery of releases to customers. - Introduce and evangelize dynamic scalable portfolio planning - Build, motivate and inspire a world class team of Quality Engineers and SDETs. - Develop and drive the Quality Strategy for the company, incorporating customer requirements and business strategy. - Assess Fetch offerings on meeting specifications by implementing rigorous test case planning and execution, with a data-driven, metrics based model. - Champion Test Automation across the diverse tech stack. - Drive product introduction processes to ensure smooth alpha / beta rollouts and customer satisfaction - Oversee Product Support Team responsible for the development of bring-up scripts, burn-in, SOP creation, and AE training - Manage and triage field issues, implementing retrospectives for continuous learning and improvement.
