Works directly with the CEO on all aspects of social media for Instagram and Facebook. Analyzes Instagram posts and viewer responses to increase interaction and sale of products. Instrumental in driving follower count from 1700 followers to now over 6400, an over 250% increase. Works with outside marketing consultants to review, draft and implement all posts on social media. Coordinates events for our celebrity partnership with Olympic Gold Medalist Laurie Hernandez and her representatives. Created and runs the Brand Ambassador Program with 70+ Brand Ambassadors in more than 25 states and 16 different countries. This program officially launched in April, 2019, and has since resulted in excess of $5,000 in direct sales, a 3x return on the cost of the program. Provided input and direction in the formulation of our mission statement and the redesign of our website. Hired professional videographers, casted athletes, wrote, directed, and devised a marketing video used for the promotion of products all within budget. Attended the National Congress Trade Show in Kansas City in August, 2019 for pre show marketing and selling products face to face.

Reviewed applications, interviewed applicants, hired, and trained student callers. Also called alumni asking for donations towards specified funds related to the University of Michigan. Raised ~$25,000 in University donations during 2018-2019 academic year.

Gymnastics instructor for the YMCA gymnastics program of Madison, NJ. Taught classes to 3-14 year old students of varying skill levels. Led YMCA gymnastics birthday parties. Was the senior supervisor on-site as needed. Taught both group and private lessons.
