* Microsoft Dynamics AX & Microsoft dynamics GP Consultant on IT intensive business improvement projects. * Communicates with the customers to identify their Business needs and process requirements. * Translating business needs into well documented system functionality requirements "Functional * Requirement document" and GAP-FIT Analysis. * Develops and executes project deliverable, milestones and required tasks and helps determine priority, scope, time frames, costs, risks and staffing requirements for projects using Microsoft Sure step implementation methodology. * Lead the migration of business processes to Microsoft Dynamics. * Help drive, plan, implement, and evolve business application systems. * Maximize the utilization of existing business applications and technologies to meet business requirements for the Customers and to improve the leverage of IT assets. * Create Functional Design Documents * Create Reports using Management Reporter Tool , SSRS and Crystal report Tool * Participate on developing and customizations using Visual Studio dot net and X++ * Conduct Integrations with Third Party Applications * Create user manuals and training to end users * Monitor and support the users during the going live process * Develop security documents and conduct walkthrough sessions with clients to ensure client data is s secured and the proper backup strategy is in place * Establish good working relationships with peers in other divisions and explore joint system and process improvement opportunities. * Conduct the required testing procedures to ensure that the implemented solution is compiling with the industry quality standards.
