Centre for Entrepreneurship at Ashoka University has incubated a cohort of 21 social entrepreneurs as a part of UNDP India’s Innovations Marketplace for Gender Equality program.
Our Voix works on primary prevention of Child Sexual Abuse. We build child-friendly resources such as comic book and animated movies to help children identify abuse and speak up. We know child sexual abuse is a scary thing. But talking about it should not be. Bringing India's voices together for safe childhood. Our animated movies on child sexual abuse prevention have been featured on the website of the National Commission for Protection of Child Rights and on Hungama. Our Voix work has been featured in the Times of India, Ndtv, Fever FM 104, The Logical Indian, Yahoo, Brut India, etc.
1. Public Speaking: Conducted stress-free workshops for more than 1000 children in the schools of Delhi. 2. Organisation and Communication: Organised and conducted stress- free workshop for post-graduate students at the University of London Accommodation, Scape and IQ Shoreditch. 3. Project Management: 4 Year experience in planning, coordination and implementation of community events for empowering children. 4. Leadership: Working as a ‘Sri Sri Sanskar Kendra’ Teacher since last 2 years. The project is an Art of Living initiative to promote human values in young children between the age group 7-11. 5. Diversity Awareness: Volunteer for the World Culture Festival (WCF) held on 11-13 March 2016 under the protocol team. WCF witnessed a footfall of more than 3.5 million people. 6. Team Building: Training and mentoring volunteers to conduct empowerment workshops at the community level efficiently.
