Responsible for managing concurrent yet divergent projects for a diverse client base of corporations, entrepreneurs, individuals and non-profit organizations. Execute large-scale social, marketing and educational events for groups from 50 to over 2000 in major public venues. Provide interim and final reports, grant writing support and survey development as required. Interface with senior management during planning and project execution. Provide strategic vision including development and implementation of marketing and/or project plan. Build and manage a team of professionals best suited to execute the project. Manage all required vendor relationships and negotiate contracts. Provide graphic design services including design, art direction, copywriting and concept for required marketing collateral using industry-standard software packages.
