Bizzamm is a start-up entity. Responsible for designing and implementing an overall company strategy including fundraising, product roadmap, market strategy, negotiations and actionable business plans. Advising on the designing of the new digital legal platform aimed at removing stress and complexity of legal processes by offering a cloud-based template and contract creation solution with contract management capabilities, including digital signatures and contract validation using blockchain technology. Achievements Led Bizzamm to qualify as a finalist in the highly respected international Hague Institute for Innovation of Law (HIIL) “Innovating Justice” Awards in September 2018. 1 of 7 finalists out of more than 430 applications. Runner-up 702-Telkom “Pitch the Future” competition in September 2018 out of more than 440 applications. In addition to the role as CEO for Bizzamm, act as Independent Consultant providing business development services to various clients. Responsible for designing and implementing an overall company strategy, project-specific assistance, negotiations, actionable business plans and drafting commercials to acquire target firms. Assisting with corporate restructuring, SARB facilitation, and due diligence. Consulting in a legal capacity on various projects, and corporate finance work, including drafting of legal agreements.
