Analyze and report donor data to gift officers and provide portfolio progress to senior leadership. Provide quarterly data visualization to identify various giving levels, donor groups, progress of donations throughout the fiscal year versus previous time periods. Initially prepared data for conversion from the Millennium database to Tessitura. Reviewed and researched 130K records in an effort to identify duplicate and possible duplicate records prior to conversion. Assumed many responsibilities subsequent to the absence of the Department’s Director for a period of 10 months. Manage all elements of constituent information within Tessitura, to include bio, demographic and gift data. Produce regular reconciliation reports as required by Finance. Create new database records and schedule merges of duplicate records created by box office and/or individual constituents via The Music Center’s website. Create list pulls for Marketing, Membership, Institutional Giving, Prospect Managers, and Telefund staff. Develop standard output sets and determine needs for custom element additions. Promote activities and campaign solicitations to constituent records using source codes and appeals. Accurately report constituent giving history of corporations, foundations, and individuals, as requested by Institutional Giving and the Vice President of Advancement. Manage prospect information, including research data and development officer assignments, assist major gift staff in maintaining their portfolios and active solicitations in Tessitura.
