I partner with the Customer Experience (CX), Revenue Operations and Recruiting functions to support both the leaders and employees. This includes all aspects of employee engagement, creating inclusive & diverse teams, career development, coaching, organizational design, change management and general support as needed. In addition, I own Learning & Development, including designing, building and implementing a leadership program, investing in employee learning and managing Sendbird's external coaching relationship with BetterUp.
In this role I design DEIB programs from inception to delivery utilizing adult learning and a human centric approach, while blending both theory and tangible application to clients. Programs include our inclusive hiring and recruiting bootcamps, inclusive culture series, custom bootcamps on allyship in the workplace, building psychological safety, crucial conversations and more to create an inclusive workplace. In addition to designing programs and I am also a lead consultant with clients and facilitate the learning programs to clients ranging from tech, insurance, retail, universities/colleges and bio-tech firms.

I helped employees achieve their potential through Adobe's learning programs. I designed, delivered and program managed leadership and learning programs inclusive of our performance approach training (Check-in), Diversity and Inclusion programs and audience specific leadership programs. Previously I worked with managers to increase team effectiveness and become high performing through consultation, workshops and off-sites. Selected Projects: 1. Career Management Program | A program aimed at helping individual contributors take ownership of their careers. The program enabled 1200+ employees since it launched. Content included emotional intelligence, strength discovery, brand awareness, and networking tools/techniques. 2. Facilitated Leadership Training | A live training focused on enabling managers. Content included: growth mindset, emotional intelligence, giving feedback, coaching, creating high performing teams, and prioritization. 3. Change management toolkit | Developed a toolkit for managers to leverage during times of change. 4. Diversity & Inclusion | Re-designed our enterprise wide diversity & inclusion virtual training.
Provided support to the Cloud Technology organization within Adobe’s business on org design, change management, key talent reviews, workforce planning and more.
