Pension Funds investments in Infrastructure and Alternatives investments ●Investor Relations and Membership Management -Develop a robust investor relations strategy and framework. Nurture relationships with members serving as their point of contact. Participate in meetings, conference calls and all correspondence, keeping abreast of operational changes ●Membership Outreach Strategy- Develop, make recommendations on, and implement outreach strategies aimed at growing KEPFIC membership and increasing member satisfaction. ●Performance Tracking and Reporting-Monitoring outreach performance via a member outreach tracker and reporting on a weekly/monthly/quarterly basis. Support development of project deliverables and ensure quality control including coordinating information gathering for monthly, quarterly, annual reports and annual work plans ●Communications and Marketing-Create and manage a strong reputation by demonstrating consistent and clear communication between internal and external parties. Create and maintain relevant presentations and other communication documents in-line with the KEPFIC communication and marketing strategy. Contribute to writing and editing reports and press releases and conduct media relations for KEPFIC, including targeted publicity for projects and responses to queries from press. Develop compelling narratives for communications content that can take the form of human-interest stories, case studies, social media graphics, newsletters etc ●Capacity building support- Execute planned training and capacity building programs and identifying programmatic activity opportunities for inclusion in the trustee training calendar. Develop outreach materials, planning and curating communications materials to support development of project events and workshops in collaboration with project teams
