➢ Chief of Staff & Business Operations: o Active participant in leadership planning, helping to prioritize tasks, document outcomes, maintain accountability. o Conduct periodic company health reports, identify improvement metrics, design and implement matching initiatives. o Oversee global office management; source local requirements accordingly. o Coordinate with CFO on budget development and expense monitoring; ensure timely loan and tax filings. ➢ People Operations: o Cultivate talent; be present and available for team; organize leadership and development events; provide coaching. o Inspire and sustain morale via team events, care packages, 1:1’s, and programming. o Manage compliant and competitive payroll, benefits, and people operations, including PEO administration. o Formalize and implement strategic HR processes, policies, and guidelines, including employee handbook, COVID-19 response, compensation scheme and career ladders, performance reviews, compliance, management training, etc. o Develop and support onboarding for new employees and offboarding for departing employees. o Oversee recruiting: Identify resource needs, including recruiters; manage recruitment process and platform. o Coordinate with external legal counsel in US and Switzerland, including for immigration, HR, and compliance.
