• As an IT leader, manage the people and software systems for our eCommerce site and our suite of customer relationship management systems. • Led technical site replatform from Magento 2 to Salesforce Commerce Cloud for Eileen Fisher’s direct to consumer site with $120 MM in annual online sales with $240 AOV. • Migrate from Custora to Amperity for customer segmentation. • Reengineer the integration layers for customer and order data feeds between our online store, POS stores, Merkle, Responsys and Amperity to more easily manage customer and customer purchasing data flows. • Development Oversight - Manage internal developers and vendor staff augmentation in projects related to the eCommerce systems at Eileen Fisher under an Agile Scrum development methodology. • Vendor Management - Manage vendors in various production support and infrastructure architecture enhancements supporting the Magento platform. • AWS Infrastructure - Oversee AWS ecommerce infrastructure for Correctly size EC2, Elasticache, ElasticSearch and Aurora components, implement EC2 autoscaling, Cloudwatch alarms, Athena queries, VPC peering and security configurations. Work with Rackspace engineers to implement solutions, Alert Logic to support intrusion detection, Fastly to offload page level caching and Akamai for WAF and other caching needs. • Manage a team of onshore and offshore technology staff in the eCommerce site and CRM implementations. • Oversee Magento 2 Migration – Oversee migration from a Rackspace hosted Magento 1.x eCommerce solution with physical hardware to an AWS cloud-based solution supporting a Magento 2.x platform update.
