In Conjunction with Danny Met Sally & the need to supply NDIS – SDA registered property to our participants we have also established MET Property Group Pty Ltd or partner company. MET Property Group is a specialist disability accommodation provider (SDA) & refers to accommodation for people with disability who require specialist housing solutions to assist with the delivery of supports for extreme functional impairment and/or very high support needs. We are dedicated to helping people with disabilities choose where and with whom they live, as well as designing houses that allow for more independent living arrangements and improved community connection. Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) SDA is one of the supports that may be funded under the NDIS for some participants who have an extreme functional impairment or very high support needs. SDA refers to accommodation for people who require specialist housing solutions, including assisting with the delivery of supports that cater to their extreme functional impairment or very high support needs. SDA does not refer to the support services, but to the homes in which these are delivered. SDA may have specialist designs for people with very high needs, or a location or features that enable independent living.
