As a new challenge, I had the opportunity for the pre-opening and opening of this Prestige 5* Resort in the Seychelles. I was responsible for the Purchasing and Warehouse Department, for The Resort itself and the staff quarters who accomodated more than 300 expatriate staffs.
Was responsible for the Purchasing Department of this 5* star resort in the Seychelles.
Was responsible for the Food & Beverage Cost Control Department for the two Hotels owned by Sun Resorts in the Comroes.
Had the opportunity to do the opening of this young stylish hotel and implement all stores procedures. During the same year I was called to do the Sugar Beach Resort opening and implement the same procedures there which worked very well at the Coco Beach
