As such, we are a firm that integrates the best elements of both the business and nonprofit communities into one practice. We are one of the very first such "hybrid" organizations in the U.S. Our experienced team has over 25 years of experience of consulting and training provides a broad range of customized consulting, facilitating and training experience. We provide advisory services to the board and staff leadership of nonprofit, credit union and for profit institutions. We provide governance assessments, strategic planning and dynamic facilitation services. In addition, we provide strategic partnering and nonprofit merger assessments as well as process facilitation for organizations contemplating some type of strategic collaboration, joint venture, partnership, alliance or merger. We also train corporate executives and employees about nonprofit board service.
