The Clean Energy Finance Corporation (CEFC) is a $10 billion green fund dedicated to investing with commercial rigor to increase the flow of finance into renewable energy, energy efficiency and low emissions technologies. The CEFC has the capacity to provide financing of up to $300m for 'whole of building' and/or portfolio financings, on the basis that part of this funding is used to drive enhanced energy efficiency and clean energy initiatives. The CEFC can provide financing across a range of commercial and residential sectors. With a National focus, my role sees me developing and structuring direct investments (including equity, green debt, project and corporate finance) across the Property sector to encourage investment in renewable energy, low-emissions technologies and energy efficiency.
