I oversee and direct all aspects of solution delivery, from talent on-boarding through client engagement. Key responsibilities: - Serving as a trusted advisor to executives (CEOs, CIOs, CTOs, CISOs, etc.) at small businesses to Fortune 100 multinationals to help augment security hiring strategies by leveraging freelance professionals. I have helped global enterprises bridge leadership gaps, aided growing companies to establish new security operations functions, and assisted startups seeking security compliance guidance. - Collaborating with business operations and sales enablement teams to enhance processes for identifying, screening, and nurturing independent security professionals. This includes discrete role identification, categorization of talent, and coaching a global group of client engagement professionals, recruiters, and talent specialists. - Nurturing a global community of hundreds of freelance information security professionals with expertise that spans the security lifecycle from building capabilities, to managing programs, and defending against change. - Developing marketing and communications strategies to amplify the company’s ability to help clients with their information security strategies. Results include developing point-of-view briefings for conducting security assessment and, building security programs, analyzing market trends, and hosting executive roundtables.
