Supported the Chief Operating Officer of Mass General Brigham by developing management structures and systems for the System’s emerging enterprise clinical services, with emphasis on physical medicine and rehabilitation, and behavioral and mental health services, across the $16B+ system. Served as non-equity partner in, and lead advisor for the development of a state-of-the-art health and wellness center and value-based delivery system, comprised of health-related retail, community/social, clinical, and academic programming, to be located in New York City. Advised the Chief Strategy Officer and the Executive Vice President of a $5.5B health system, along with the Chief Executive Officer of a $1.7B affiliate system, on a range of matters, including system development, organization effectiveness, service line development, and workforce engagement. Served as Executive Advisor for a $20M healthcare consulting firm, providing strategy, executive coaching, delivery system restructuring, and payment system reform services to leaders interested in improving the health of the communities that they serve. Advised the CEO and COO of a $1.7B health system, with a focus on governance, management, physician, and clinical integration, across 50+ regional entities and with its parent company; provided perspective on efforts to establish a unified organizational culture. Served as employed CAO/Hospitals of an 11 hospital $8B public healthcare system, advising the SVP/Hospitals and the hospital CEOs, with a focus on clinical strategy, integration, restructuring, and performance improvement; served as liaison to the system’s ambulatory and post-acute divisions. Advised the Interim CEO of a $550M academic multi-specialty medical group, providing counsel on variety of matters including physician-hospital alignment, clinical strategy, management systems, organizational structure and talent, revenue cycle, clinical workflow, and performance analytics.
