I create highly unique fitness content & online programs by leveraging the medical training I received at the Mayo Clinic Medical School together with well over a decade of weight-lifting and physical fitness training. After my first summer selling DirecTV and AT&T with Now Communications, I was promoted to a manager position. I recruited 15 employees during the school year and held weekly training meetings. During the summer my responsibilities included negotiating employee housing, setting rep compensation, creating incentives, assigning area, coordinating technicians, giving daily trainings, and overseeing all company affairs in Kansas. My team generated over $750,000 in revenue in four months, and I was the top sales rep in the company with over 400 personal sales.
