Responsible for overseeing the business operations infrastructure for Chartwell Investments. Including Technology, Operations, Compliance and Trading. Oversee existing and future firm infrastructure, including the custodial, performance reporting, technology and vendor management. Continuous review of workflows to identify areas for process efficiencies and improvement. In conjunction with our Controller, create and monitor annual budgets and forecasts tied to our strategic plan. Ensure that appropriate controls are in place to remain compliant and can execute with the highest fiduciary standards. In conjunction with the Executive Committee, coordinate the development, implementation and execution of the strategic plan and various initiatives, including business development, marketing and client service. Develop standards of measurement to gauge the performance of the company and its various initiatives. Communicate results to the Executive Committee and Berwyn Funds Board of Directors. Responsible for the prospecting, development, and distribution of The Killen/Berwyn Funds investment products and capabilities through the Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) and broker-dealer channels. Primary partner with the National Accounts and Institutional consultant research teams to communicate and provide detailed technical expertise on our investment strategies, including a Dublin based UCITS offering.
