Maintaining current Wellbeing Programmes Service Level agreements and helps shape new commissions where possible. Identifying variance in service delivery data, sharing information with the project managers. Recommends and develops contract documentation to audit standards and ensure that any contract variations are fully documented and acted upon. Responsible for ongoing relationships with Commissioners and Funding organisations including a process of formal review meetings to ensure that all contractual issues are raised and resolved promptly and effectively and formally documented. Supporting internal and external communications via web, hard copy, digital and social media, platforms-Marketing material. Manage procurement processes and coordinate material and resources allocation. Oversee service user support processes to enhance customer satisfaction.
