Responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing delivery operations for Amazon Logistics for North Carolina, South Carolina, and Southern Virginia.

Lead the inbound and outbound operations for the Charlotte, NC receive center across all shifts with the focus on proper product placement within the North American Fulfillment Center network. Effectively and safely deliver accurate and cost effective solutions to the network in order to minimize network transportation cost, quality defects, and labor costs while meeting and exceeding all FBA and third party seller expectations.

Responsible for process improvement and standardization across all shifts and departments at the CAE1 Amazon Fulfillment Center. Coordinate with network and FC resources to ensure accurate planning for labor, freight mix, customer service needs, and transportation.

Responsible for the timely handling of all shipments in order to adhere to all customer promises.

I am responsible for ensuring shipments are processed correctly and shipped on time to ensure customer promise. I also ensure all business metrics are met or exceeded to ensure profitability and growth for the company. I coordinate across multiple departments to ensure a steady and even flow of work. I currently manager 70 associates (off peak) and 200+ during peak season.

Responsibilities: Manage all facets of the less than truckload (LTL) in central North Carolina and southern Virginia. Execute operations, sales, customer service, and human resources for the Burlington terminal. Maintain and optimize a profitable and expanding business. Manage 24 personnel to include route managers, sales account executives, and drivers. Adhere to OSHA and EPA regulations. - Successfully acquired new accounts generating over $750,000 of revenue annually.

Responsibilities: Manage the operations, security, and training of 972 soldiers. Advise the Battalion Commander on the tactical planning, security situations, and logistical operations of the battalion. Publish operations orders and supervise the implementation of plans and orders. Develop chemical and biological defense strategies

Tikrit, Responsibilities: Plan and coordinate all logistical support to include: maintenance, transportation, and all classes of supply. Advise the Engineer Battalion Commander on all aspects of logistical support in preparation for war time missions. Ensure wartime readiness of 78 soldiers and equipment valued in excess of $7 million.
