• Determining marketing strategies to increase the competitiveness of the company and its market success ( setting goals, setting marketing strategies and a proper portfolio, 4P and communication channels ) in line with the overall strategy of the company. • Setting and creation of annual marketing communicaton plans in accordance with established business and strategic goals of the company. • Assurance and management of key partnerships ( suppliers of marketing and other services, partnership coordination, participation in events ... ) • Management of the marketing department, responsibility for processes, settings and results. • Ensuring of creating the brand image, Golem community ( both externally and internally ), and PR strategies. • Designing, planning, management and implementation of entrusted projects, coordination of third parties, suppliers ( web, app, camps, B2B workshops, community Golem tours ... ) • Creation and control of marketing budget. • Ensuring effective communication within the marketing department and with other departments ( especially business, premises, ... ) • Reporting to CEO
