As the CEO and founder of Invstur Group, I engage in developing, communicating, executing, and sustaining corporate strategic initiatives.

-Collaborate with the Board of Directors in leading the transformation BDC International from its current stage to a more mature organization capable of delivering on its long term vision. -Ensure that BDC International fiscal, operations, fundraising, marketing, human resource, technology, and programmatic strategies are effectively implemented across all segments of the organization -Oversee the financial status of the organization including developing long and short-range financial plans, monitoring the budget and ensuring sound financial controls are in place; set financial priorities accurately to ensure the organization is operating in a manner that supports the needs of the program and staff. Prior to becoming the CEO of the company in November of 2007 I was the CFO. In which my tasks included and not limited to: -Processor of: Credit Cards, Western Union, Money Gram for various entrepreneurs, small and medium size companies worldwide. -Support incoming transaction functions including identification of client facing deal, confirming all deal financials and details are matched, raising any discrepancies, and initiating payments/journal entries -Handle outgoing payment functions including identifying client payment delays; investigate the root cause of the delay; issue queries internally and externally; follow up until the transaction is paid/settled. -Processing payments to clients on behalf of the company.
