He manages during this period also Electrical Panels LT, Wire Harnesses, MCB, Contactors, Main Switches, Capacitors, and moreover Air Filters, Liquid Recevers, Bus Bars, Packaging (wooden pallets and carton boxes) coordinating suppliers in all the parts of the Europe.
He follows all the activities that in a purchasing & procurement dept. are required: create contract, vendor rating monitoring, negotiate prices and logistic conditions; after setting all the parameters as safety stock, reorder point, MOQ, lead time, plans and issues purchase orders; manages the akwnowledgement, expedites the goods and loads the delivery documentation in the ERP.
In this position follows all the Local Suppliers managing a spend of € 2M and the MRO (services and new equipments) suppliers for a spend of € 1M. Test the implementation in the ERP for the purchasng departement.
The aim of the "mission" is create a team of buyers able to solve any logistic issues in complete autonomy; at the same time develope new projects according the instruction of italian R&D with the BCC suppliers. During this periods has a short experience in Ericsson AB in order recovery all the specs and knowledge to allow the delocalization of the Swedish production in the Slovakian plant.
According production needs and the closure of the months/quarter drives the suppliers deliveries. In order to avoid the season criticality shares the POs according the suppliers capacity. Try to recollocate the obsolete and slow moving goods. After checking send the montly forecast.
