• Ensure industry leading customer experience and satisfaction levels for EVolve NY, NYPA’s owned/operated Public DC Fast Charging network • Develop marketing and customer engagement plans (including social media/content strategy) in line with overall company and State EV strategy, to ensure accelerated adoption of EV's across the State and increased utilization of NYPA's fast charging network • Lead internal and external agencies to promote electric vehicles through, communications strategy (press releases, etc.), public relations and other marketing and/or events including, the New York International Auto Show, NY State Fair, and other press events marking the launch of new electrification efforts • Pitch ideas and lead negotiations associated with projects and partnerships including but not limited to: NYPA’s EVolve NY fast charging business (i.e., rideshare, taxi, and other light-duty fleet services which may include Automakers, Dealers, etc.) • Fleet electrification business for our B2B customers (i.e., Transit bus agencies, school bus operators, etc.) • Design and develop reporting metrics and analysis to measure the impact of Marketing investments to improve pipeline performance • Create product/service roadmaps and execute a rigorous A/B testing agenda to enhance campaign effectiveness across various marketing channels, particularly through social media • (B2B) Targeted electrification efforts with NYPA’s public agency “customer“ base to deploy EV charging for Transit Buses, School Districts, and other public/workplace charging efforts
