Michell’s business mission is to generate long-lasting relationships while finding design solutions for her clients. PAST HISTORY: Computer Networking and repair storefront created in 2001 in the basement of their home and then moved to a storefront in 2003. Client base began as individual computer users and small local businesses that needed faster response times to resolve computer issues as well as individuals with a broader range of networking and computer skills as well as the idiosyncrasies of small business ownership. Michell was able to combine computer repair, network troubleshooting, software installation, as well as a wide range of personalized training services to help small business owners understand their need to incorporate technology to streamline work processes. She also began researching computer hardware and software vendors to offer her clients the best choices and reliable companies. TechKnow Solutions was a strong Dell Partner since the inception of the business. In 2005, TechKnow Solutions Inc. services list grew to include Web Design and Graphic Design. But it wasn't until 2009 that TechKnow Solutions really began marketing the Web Design services. In 2012, TKS completed over 75 websites with just a 2 person design staff with minimal marketing and most by word of mouth referrals. By 2014 that number doubled and continues to grow.
