I founded SiteOne Services in 1998 when I became frustrated by the complex, multi-step, paper-based processes used in the homebuilding industry. I knew there had to be a better way, so I started developing a software program with a couple of computer scientists at UC Berkeley. We designed SiteOne to be a seamlessly easy customer service platform and I and have personally been developing the platform over the past 20 years to make sure it addresses the specific needs of builders. Today, SiteOne is a complete customer service and work order management platform. Our cloud-based, paperless platform allows builders to manage everything from electronic homeowner manuals and warranties, online approvals of work requests, local and global reporting, purchase order and back charge tracking, maintenance notifications, and project communication. And it is accessible from anywhere - corporate office or home office.
