Mike Wills is President and CEO of Waypoint Enterprises, LLC, a management consulting practice focused on partnering with private equity firms and management boards of underperforming companies. Wills focuses their leadership teams on the development and execution of effective global market and sales strategies while driving a higher valuation for the investors. Established in 2009, these focus areas include results and metric driven sales and service models, product development and product line rationalization, hybrid, channel and distribution strategies and sales forecasting and compensation systems. Wills has 25 years of global executive leadership/officer experience in these core practice areas with technology companies focused on the wireless rugged handheld market. Wills has worked with leading companies in this market space including Motorola, Intermec, Vocollect, Avery Dennison and Psion. Wills holds a Bachelor's degree in business administration from Taylor University and a Masters degree in business from Central Michigan University. A frequent conference speaker, his keynote messages center on importance of organizational strategic alignment and KPIs for success. Wills has served on several boards including the Arizona State University's Carey School of Services Leadership and Automatic Identification and Mobility Technologies Association (AIM Global).
