Extensively using cursors and dynamic SQL to achieve desired functionality.  Worked with contract labs and research organizations to define acceptable data exchange standards. Lab data setup using SQL Loader, creating SQL scripts and PL/SQL procedures for lab data validation and cross checking.  Provided database administration support, are required for all clinical systems used by the company, responsibilities include install Oracle Client, establish database connections, troubleshoot Oracle error messages, setup database securities, etc.  Prepared and maintained system documentation, such as functional specifications, validation plans, and validation summaries.  Developed, tested, implemented and documented clinical applications as required.  Wrote UNIX Shell Script for conversion of data from Oracle to SAS, cross platform download and upload of SAS data.  Wrote SAS program to generate data listings, CRF tabulations, and tables to assess baseline comparability, patient disposition, efficacy and safety.  Developed a comprehensive SAS macrocode library to automate statistical table and listing creation.
