- Oversee 7 chains of Pawnshops from the southend to the northend in Washington. - Manage 30 plus employees, work with managers on a day to day basis. - Respond to CEO of the Company and meet with him 3 days a week at the Bellevue Corporate Office to discuss revenues, budgets, positive and negative cash flow and etc. - Increase sales and maintain loan balance to assure that it doesn’t inflate. - Budgeting in regards to payroll, supplies and company expenses. - Ability to identify business oppurtunites and develop solutions. - Coaching and development of staff and management team. - Develop ideas and motivate the sales team and loan team. - Executes business plan to deliver desired sales and profit - Maintains good quality Customer Service - Recruits, trains and develops Associates - Manages and maintains control of stockroom and merchandise. - Ensure excellent customer service in all aspects, build customer relationships to keep new and repeated customers, store image, merchandise presentation in all stores, daily store image, team development, company asset protection and cost control in attainment of company objectives. -Respond to LNI claims and etc. -Respond to Attorney General in regards to customer complaints. -Respond to restitution letters, in this case we are able to get our loss when items are picked up by the police department. -Responsible for all stores scheduling and staff members, time management to cut overtime and etc. - Responsible for all phases of Company Operations. - Ensure that Company Standards and Expectations are met
