- Strategic leadership of our investment solutions engaging with Trustees, Pension Schemes, Sponsors, Mastertrusts, CIOs, Consultants, Asset Managers, or third party vendors to understand their challenges and identify opportunities to build, partner or provide access to solutions that will improve outcomes and provide long term value creation. - Member of the Executive Committee working together with the board to drive the firm's strategy to meet clients, employee and investor needs allowing for sustainable business growth - The changing savings & retirement landscape, the increasing regulation, push for transparency, sustainability and consolidation means investor preferences and requirements to meet their objectives are evolving and the solutions required are becoming more sophisticated and outcome-oriented. - As such I have been focused on building out our range tools for clients to access bespoke structured derivative solutions, illiquid & sustainable assets through complex structures (AIFs / LTAFs / LPs), and governance support for DB & DC pension schemes & consolidators that are scalable. - Influencing & developing the business strategy and implementation of decisions across the firm to enhance and maintain our market positioning through innovative solutions, whilst ensuring commercial and operational scalability. - Driving product development from ideas, concepts to design, feasibility, implementation through to distribution.
