• Lead as Head of operation . • Managing new setup with 03 team members. • Looking after and developing Walmart (USA), Bimini Bay (USA), Perry Ellis International (USA), True Timber (USA), The souvenir collection (UK), and Affinity living (AUS). • Product cetagories are Denim & Non-denim (Tops & Bottoms), Knit (Tops & Bottom), Swimwear, Jacket, Sweater, Home Textiles & Handicraft items. • Responsible for all kind of Sourcing, Merchandising ,Costing , Negotiation ,Order placement,Product development and Vendor development . • Ensuring costing, consumption,development activities, quality, required compliance status and critical path with the manufacturing partners before placing orders. • Monitoring Merchandising activities ,booking , sampling & raw materials development based on time & action plan with inhouse merchant team and factory concern merchant team and Top management. • Presenting the technical difficulties in the orders with logical and technical ways to get the best output for the company from the buyer. • Working closely with QA, technician, planning, production, commercial and relevant departments of the company to confirm on time delivery and smooth production line. • Monitoring the commercial team to confirm shipment booking and buyer payment . • Maintaining good communication and relationships with buyers, suppliers, team and other departments to create a smooth working arena. • Following-up team members with proper order tracking record. • Reporting to Executive Director.

• Managed accounts turnover of $6 to $7 million with monitored 07 team members. • Developed and monitored Truworth (SA), Beverly Hills Polo Club (IND), Walmart (USA), TFG (SA), MYNTRA (IND), Lifestyle (IND), Reliance (IND). • Product handled Denim & Non-denim (Tops & Bottoms), Knit (Tops & Bottoms), Swimwear, Outerwear, Underwear, and Sweaters. • Reported to Divisional Merchandising Manager.
