• Plan, strategize and monitor projects to ensure they are completed in a timely manner and within budget. • Coordinate with cross-discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules. • Facilitate change requests to ensure that all parties are informed of the impacts on schedule and budget. • Coordinate the development of user manuals, training materials, and other documents as needed to enable successful implementation and turnover of the process or system to the clients. • Identify and develop new opportunities with clients and obtain customer acceptance of project deliverables. • Manage customer satisfaction within the project transition period and conduct post-project evaluation and identifying successful and unsuccessful project elements. • Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders • Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders; prepare daily stand-up and identify scrum masters to ensure project are delivered on time meeting the scope objective • Draft and submit budget proposals and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary. • Identify and manage project dependencies, critical path, scope creep and budgets • Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools • Track project milestones and deliverables to ensure scope creep and timelines are on track. • Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations. • Determine the frequency and content of status reports from the project team, analyze results, and troubleshoot problem areas • Define project success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout project life cycle • Conduct project post-mortems and create a recommendations report in order to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements
