In this role, Mr. Al Hammadi was responsible for managing the company’s power, water and civil projects executed through the Projects Division (estimated at 1.2 billion Dirham) from conceptualization through execution, monitoring and control, commissioning and handover. He also managed the administrative and financial aspects of the Projects Division, and conducted strategic planning to ensure the Division’s uniformity with corporate goals.
As project engineer, Mr. Al Hammadi provided project management for power transmission and distribution projects, monitored and coordinated project execution, ensured satisfactory engineering design and timely and cost-effective completion from conception through commissioning, verified compliance with approved designs and specifications, and was responsible for all technical, commercial and contractual aspects of the projects. Projects Mr. Al Hammadi managed include the power supply to Giathy Town and Southern Farms in the Western Region of Abu Dhabi, the power supply to Baynoonha Rest Area from the Ruwais Grid Station, and supply, design and installation of Seven 33/11 kV Substation in Abu Dhabi.
