Establish the production of dairy products in “Tayseer Arar Industry of Dairy Products” mainly canned dairy products like Evaporated Milk, Sterilized Cream, Milk Powder Pouches, processed Cheese, Concentrated Drinks like fruit Cordial. 2. Leading the team of R&D and Continuous Improvement program within the company. 3. Initiated and active involvement in New Product Development, Existing product development in relation with Marketing department. 4. Training of Production and Quality departments for the requirements for handling new products (processing/ Testing). 5. Follow-up with Marketing team the Marketing studies and Product Evaluation with the customers require co-paacking. 6. Update and maintain documentation of the products, raw material specifications, semi processed goods, Packaging and finished products and recipes. 7. Maintenance of Food Safety and Hygiene Standards as per the laws and regulations that applies to all products locally and international. 8. Close follow up to all active competitors in the Market and update the CEO with any information. 9. Setting up KPI’s for different departments and follow up the achievements of the tasks. 10. Lead Auditor for FSSC (ISO 22000, HACCP), Halal Food Safety systems. 11. Set all internal SOP’s for R&D, QA, QC, Production, and procurement.

1. Establish the production of dairy products in "Orontes Dairy Manufacturing" like sterilized canned cream, Evaporated Milk, condensed milk, canned flavored milk. 2. Production Control from receiving ingredients and packing materials up till the return of Finished goods to Company's Warehouse. 3. New products development and utilizing pilot plant QC devices & R&D tools. 4. Tracking & controlling budget expenses. 5. Maintains staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees, developing personal growth opportunities, Supervising, Monitoring & organizing work flow. 6. Maintains quality service by establishing & enforcing organization standards. 7. Lead by example and ensure proper operation of equipment. 8. Insuring that all HACCP, ISO and FSSC requirements,along with legislation, regulation, company policy and GMPs procedures are fully understood and implemented. approved Lead auditor (internal & supplier auditor) 9. Continuous improvements of all production functions, to improve quality, efficiency and time consumption, cost reduction. 10. Internal Auditor for FSC 22000, ISO 22000, HACCP. 11. Responsible for Production in Initiation Stage and production start and handed over to Production & Maintenance Manager.

1. Establish the production of processed cheese & Pouch Juice in Hassani Group of Companies / Crown Dairy Industry. 2. Responsible for Recipe formulation for Spread-able Triangular portions, Jars and Canned processed cheese. 3. Responsible for all the production process from receiving row materials up till finished product, CIP Unit. 4. Dealing with the raw materials & Production Requirements suppliers Aluminum Foil, Strip, Glass Jars, Powders, … etc 5. Excellent command in processing through Stephen cooking machines, packing machines Corazza, printing machines. 6. Product Development Team Leader for Juice, Drinks, Flavored Milk, Labneh, Processed Cheese, Mayonnaise. 7. Arrange the distribution of the operators all over the machines for all the shifts. 8. Excellent command of laboratory testing (pH, D.M., fat. salt, Bio-trace Swaps, …) 9. Undergoing corrective actions to regulate any deviation during production (pH, D.M., Content of Fat, Protein, salt, …) 10. Checking Up & Monitoring production / Expiry dates, quality of row materials & products through out the production. 11. Implementing GMPs, ISO, and HACCP Requirements & internal auditing. 12. Responsible for shifting my Divisions to the new Industrial Area at Dubai investment Park, Jebel Ali Dubai & starting the production. 13. Attend the installation & trials & running & Training of the Tetra Pak A3 / Compact flex HVA, processing & CIP lines.

Responsibilities: 1. Chemical Analysis of Juice/Dairy, raw material, water, tanks, final products (pH, Fat, Protein, Brix, Acidity, salt …). 2. Micro Analysis of Juice/Dairy raw material, water, tanks, final products (E-coli, Coliform, Yeast, Moulds, Average Plate Count, Clostridium ...). 3. Supervising Preparation & Addition of Starter Culture for Yoghurt, Laban Up, and Labneh. 4. Following up the preparation of media, sterilization of glassware. 5. Following up Shelf life of products (Reference Sample) till end of expiry date. 6. Checking Up & Monitoring production / Expiry dates, quality of row materials & products through out the production. 7. Managing the quality of Yoghurt incubation rooms. 8. Member in HACCP and Research & development teams, Documents Validation Team Leader. 9. Submit daily report for all shift circumstances to the QC Manager. 10. Trained in the ESL & UHT Section Production & Responsible for all production areas in absence of production Supervisor. 11. Acting QC In-Charge when-ever QC In-Charge is not present.

Responsibilities: 1. Managing production through Kustner, Karl Shnell, and KS UHT production line. 2. Production of (triangular, squares, blocks, baby Edam) processed cheese with full fat, other light cheese. 3. Excellent command of KS CIP unit, SIG SAPAL ML4-1, printing machines (Citronix, Linx, Image, Videojet). 4. Taking samples (Bio-Trace Swap) to ensure sterilization efficiency & bottles washing water quality. 5. Managing the quality of final products at the distribution platform. 6. Trained for 2 month in Raw Milk Reception & Standardization (for Milk, Yoghurt, Cheese production).
