The project considered one of food security &livelihood intervention targeting Re-mot areas , host population in north kassala and east kassala. I was mainly looking into the coordination aspects of the programme with related entities and local authorities.
1.Plan, assist planning and implement activities in all targeting areas. 2.Plan, prepare, implement, monitor and follow up on all project activities concerning Small-scale framers and agriculture productivity. 3.Keep close contact and good working relationships with the target groups and communities. 4.Community mobilization, coordination and dialogue. 5.Assist in the design & implementation, monitoring, data collection, analysis and evaluation. 6.Keep records (both hard and soft copies) of project activity documents and project plans. 7.Assist in design and implementation of new project components and project plans. 8.Assist in the planning, coordination and implementation of other project activities throughout the project duration. 9.Take a leading role in arranging regular meetings with community representatives at locality and village levels. 10.Assist the project team at Kassala office in organizing capacity-building activities for community and exchange visits for partners. 11.Perform duties requested or assigned by the head of project/deputy head of project 12.The field officer will undertake frequent travel to the project localities and spent nights there
