• Day-to-day follow up on QSR’s specific system requirements in the factory through ensuring the application of the system requirements in all activities and development of the required data. • Day-to-day follow up (including samples testing) on QSR’s products technical aspects including but not limited to the following: o Pre-operation machinery setting. o Using wholesome and approved/agreed only raw materials. o Pre-operation and online products technical parameters (example: mixing time, tempura temperature, slice weight, inner count, etc.) o Follow up QSR’s specific raw materials delivery, storage and manufacturing usage conditions. o Perform and follow QSR specific verification on the specific final products and its production utilities (example: sensory evaluation, microbiological results, etc.) • Ensuring employees (including QC personnel) effective understanding and knowhow of the QSR requirements including specific product and system requirements. • Follow up specific QSR’s raw materials deliveries, lead times, JFDA inspections and stocks to ensure no Zero stocks. • Ensuring QSR’s products manufacturing cycle are well documented and participate in documents change and approval. • Perform preparation (include labeling) of QSR food samples requested by the QSR following its own regulations and methods and coordinate with R&D section for samples preparation time lines.
1.responsible for implementing and maintaining the effectiveness of the food safety and quality program , based on company, customer, legal, and regulatory requirements. 2 .implements quality assurance policies and procedures for inspecting and controlling raw or packing materials, in-process and finished product to insure that all products generated conform to predetermined standards and specifications. 3.monitors and approves facilities and manufacturing operations machinery and site for conformance with established procedures and requirements including : a. ensuring effective calibration of all instruments and devices in use for production process and testing devices(ex: thermometer, scale, metal detector......) b.ensuring manufacturing area and production lines hygiene through effective Pre-operational checks including swab test, physical checks and employees GMP checks. c.ensuring the integrity of raw materials, in process and finished products storage and storage location through a frequent verification to established standards d. ensuring that all CP's including products packaging and labeling and CCP's are tested according to the settled frequency mentioned in the HACCP plans for the products. e.pest control policies are maintained and verified in the settled frequency. f.sensory evaluation of finished products. 4.ensuring maintenance of required records and documents, including formula test results,inspections, samples, vendor performance and products complaints. 5.collaborates with other functions to understand and troubleshoot product complaints and improve customer service / products performance. 6.coordinates and aids in problem evaluation and problem solving. 7.responsibility to ensure product technical requirement are met, and responsibility for products HOLD /RELEASE. 8.monitoring for on-line product sampling for food microbiology testing and sensory evaluation in the acquired plans and frequencies
